I just finished wrapping up today’s videos. I said last Friday that I would be talking to you about the different aspects and things you need to know about running your own autoresponder.

Well in today’s video I cover two o the point I mentioned in Fridays post. The rest of the points will be discussed in the next videos to come.

The two points I will be talking to you about today are the following:

1. What is the best autoresponder script to get and install on your server
2. What is the best kind of server to run your own autoresponder on for maximum results

I had also mentioned that with running autoresponder you limit a lot of costs that you would be paying with other autoresponder service providers. These costs include:

1. Exceeding the amount of subscribers which means you have to pay a monthly fee for any subscribers over your limit
2. Additional costs to sending out broadcasts to an above limited number if subscribers which means more fees you have to pay

What is the best kind of server to run your own autoresponder on for maximum results?

As I have talked about this in the videos, part one and part two, I have mentioned that shared hosting literally suck for running your own autoresponder, they are horrible in terms limitations, email sending limits, IP blacklisting, IP hijacking, admin limitations etc.

But at the same time dedicated server from hostgator (my recommendation) is your best bet. Yes they are way more expensive and cost anywhere between $120-$200/month for a good dedicated server but at the same time you get the luxury of running you own successful autoresponder service have not limitation on nearly anything like:

1. # Of subscribers you can import
2. # Of subscribers you send out emails or broadcasts to
3. With a dedicated server you can send out unlimited email per day. My dedicated server is capable of sending out over 50,000 emails/hour and that is only a basic dedicated server. In the videos I also mention ways to keep your emails small and way more deliverable.
